Welcome to Cultivated Click Consulting. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of our website, located at www.cultivatedclick.com, and the services provided by Cultivated Click Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using this website and our services, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Cultivated Click Consulting provides a dual-service model:

• Digital Marketing Consulting: Including but not limited to performance audits, content strategy, search optimization, and growth roadmaps (“Transforming Clicks into Connections”).

• Concierge & Lifestyle Services: Including but not limited to errand management, sanctuary styling, digital assistance, and "Personal Chief of Staff" services (“Restoring Ease to Your Daily Routine”).

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.

When engaging our services, you agree that:

• Specific service pricing will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.

• You are responsible for reading the full service listing before committing to a purchase or contract.

• We reserve the right to change our fees for services displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

• Consulting: While we use data-driven strategies to bridge the gap between corporate strategy and local execution, we do not guarantee specific financial results or search engine rankings, as these are subject to external market forces.

• Concierge: Our "Signature Touch" (plant and stone pairing) is a gift provided to new concierge clients. We perform errand and household logistics with the utmost care; however, we are not liable for the condition of third-party goods or services purchased on your behalf.

• Digital Assistance: Our assistance for seniors is educational and navigational. We do not take responsibility for the security of third-party accounts managed by the client.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Cultivated Click Consulting. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to our services without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cultivated Click Consulting be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. Your continued use of the website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, interpreted under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the State of North Carolina, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
