I'm Julie McKenzie and my journey to founding Cultivated Click Consulting wasn’t a straight line. It started in Nebraska, where I learned the value of a handshake and hard work. Though my family moved to North Carolina when I was young, those Midwestern roots stayed with me as I climbed the corporate ladder.
For over 20 years, I operated in the fast-paced world of corporate environments. I gained invaluable experience, managed complex projects, and saw how the "big players" succeed. But over time, I realized something was missing: the human connection. I wanted to do work that didn't just move a needle on a spreadsheet, but actually moved the needle for people.
I founded Cultivated Click to bring high-level strategy to businesses that value authenticity. I’ve traded the corporate boardroom for a mission to help entrepreneurs and organizations grow with intention.
